Participants use Dependable Strengths™ Strategies A process that identifies motivated strengths. Often strengths are unknown, unclear or under-utilised. These inner motivated strengths are identified through a unique process of discovery. The discovery results in a profound understanding of the power and flexibility of one's strengths, and stimulates self-appreciation. Each participant's self esteem is raised as they become confident of their own strengths.
